Would you like to see a product in person first? Or collect your order yourself? You are welcome at Music Monkeys in The Hague.

Shipping costs
We ship with PostNL. Shipping within the Netherlands costs € 7,95 per order.
We dispatch orders twice a week.
Do you need your order by a particular date? Please contact us before ordering so we can discuss what is possible.
Items on backorder
Some items are not immediately in stock and need to be ordered from our supplier or made before they can be delivered. Delivery may therefore take longer.
Do you need an item for a birthday or another occasion? Please ask us about the expected delivery time before ordering.
Standard items on backorder have the same return conditions as items in stock. For products made to your individual specifications or personalised for you, the right of withdrawal may not apply. Where this is the case, we will clearly state it in the product information before you purchase.

Music Monkeys is a small, specialist shop. We select our products with care and are happy to help you find a suitable instrument, book or gift.
Returns involve relatively high costs and extra work for our small business. If you are unsure whether an item is right for you, or would like to compare different products, please contact us before placing your order. With personal advice, we can help you make a choice you will be happy with.
If your purchase turns out not to be right for you, you can exercise your statutory right to cancel within 14 days, starting on the day after you receive your order.
To do so, email info@musicmonkeys.nl. Include your name, order number and the items you would like to return. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.

You can also return items in person by appointment.
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Please handle it carefully and pack it securely for return in its original packaging.
If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess it, or has been damaged, we may deduct an amount to reflect any reduction in its value.
Return costs and refunds
You are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Once we have received the returned items, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
